IG Design - Margins lift off as anticipated

FY24 is the second year in a three-year turnaround journey and management's actions to simplify operations and exit unprofitable product sub-categories (as I outlined in January’s SCSW) are bearing fruit showing up in margins that have improved significantly despite a decrease in turnover. An all time record profit is in train for this year and with US$95m of net cash, dividends may also feature - if so, the shares will go into orbit. Overall, sales in FY24 were down 11% to US$801m, with the main driver being a 16% decline in DG Americas.
