The business manufactures ruggedised single board computer products (SBC) and plug-in-cards for the defence and communication sectors (67% and 19% of revenue, respectively) and c.90% of its revenues are exported. For many of its 38 years, the business has been completely off the radar for most investors, as the former CEO, Glen Fawcett, actively avoided engaging with the market on any level. I believe that some of his US defense industry clients in the distant past were unhappy about the company having any kind of public profile.
