The shares have begun to recover post results for the year to end April. Reflecting a full-year contribution from MPB (vs. 1 month in FY 2019), Thermal Exchange (vs. 3 months) and Graticules (vs. 2.5 months) and a 5 maiden month contribution from Chell Instruments, sales grew by 41% to £24.5m (4% organic). Adjusted pretax profit increased 44% to £4.3m and eps by 23% to 3.4p on a higher tax charge. Free cashflow increased 37% to £3m, which after funding £5.2m of acquisitions, left net debt at £4m.The six sensors and control brands grew sales by 70% to £13.4m (5% organic), helped by a strong performance from Astles and a maiden £2m contribution from Chell.
