Arena Events - Settles fine with US Attorneys office and shares move to new high

The shares went to new highs after Arena settled its dispute with the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Georgia, which had alleged Arena Americas had picked up contracts that were reserved for small US companies. CEO Greg Lawless has clearly had documents slid across the table by the Fed and been asked how do you explain this. An uncomfortable seat to be in and Arena has now settled a fine amounting to US$4.8m in five equal instalments over the next five years.
