SDI’s full year results saw sales up 27% to £10.7m after including a contribution from its two recent deals. Adjusting for reorganisation and acquisition costs, which amounted to £0.25m, pretax profit was up 68% to £1.3m. Eps was flat at 1.7p post a tax charge having utilised its past tax losses.Astles supplies bespoke dosing systems including control pumps, sensors and maintenance and generated £0.6m of sales for its first four months. Sentek sells electro chemical sensors and also had a strong year with 30% sales growth to £1.9m.
