The shares went over £5 after Tracsis signed an order with a North American Class 1 railroad operator for its remote condition monitoring technology. The contract is small, only c.US$0.4m but marks the first major contract in North America. Separately, Tracsis reported that a busy H2 has resulted in full year sales of c.£32m and profits coming in-line. In terms of recent acquisitions, Ontrac has secured several major orders for its software and SEP, the event traffic management business, had a record year of trading. In terms of ‘old’ Tracsis, RCM performed well and the Traffic & Data services arm grew its market position. Net cash stands at £11m. Tipped at 121p in July ‘12, the gain is 309%. C ...
