A trading update for Q4 confirmed that the imminent acquisition we intimated in the motor warranty space is in late stage negotiations and if successful will be eps enhancing. Meanwhile, everything else remains shipshape. The BPO part of the business, which manages motor and property subsidence claims, has fared well. LAS, the "wet" perils business (including storm, burst pipes, flood, fire, theft and accidental damage), which was acquired in March, is on track to deliver its integration savings.
