Staffing is a sector that is highly correlated to economic activity and the large international recruitment consultancies like Michael Page, Hays and SThree are already much favoured by investors and are on prospective price earnings ratios of over 20 or more.    But last month we whetted investor appetites with a brief paragraph comment on international recruitment consultant Empresaria at 46p against an all time low of 20p and a peak of 180p. First half results show that the growth rates of profits at its operations in the UK, Germany and Asia Pacific were 10, 9 and 16% leading to broker Shore Capital upgrading earnings forecasts again this month to 6.9p for this year and 7.3p next, dropping the price earnings ratio to just 6.5. ...
