Allocate is a company achieving headlong growth from roster management software that is vitally needed by the NHS to allocate periods of duty to its large and multi-skilled workforce. Historically, the NHS used paper-based systems for this rostering process  but Allocate virtually invented the market for doing this more efficiently when it launched the in-house developed software, Healthroster.
