The shares came off in a thin market after Waterlogic said it had seen a four-month delay to Indesit launching Firewall-based products in Turkey, Russia and Italy. Product will also be available through the venture with Eureka Forbes in India in due course, the Japanese partner will also launch before the year-end but the launch with another unnamed partner (Middle Eastern?) has stalled. Waterlogic therefore expects sales for the division for this year to be US$2m against c.US$10m that had been expected. Separately, the company has seen soft trading in its commercial division particularly third party dealer sales although direct sales are in line and the recent acquisition in Australia has bedded in well.
