Eros - Performance bolstered by new film releases

Eros has issued a trading update ahead of H1 results in November. Trading has been bolstered by a number of new films including Ready, Murder 2 and Zindagi Na Milengi Dobara. Operating cash flows remain strong and the release schedule remains promising and includes Mausam, RA.One, Rockstar, Agent Vinod and Desi Boyz.Good to see a second broker, Peel Hunt, initiate coverage with a 16-page research report. No particularly new information beyond what we said last month but the broker has a higher forecast of 55.2 cents this year and 65.5 cents next.
