Vin Murria is one of the shrewder deal makers on the London software scene. She cut her teeth at Kewill Systems where for 16 years she headed its European operations, spending 13 of those years making acquisitions and her final three making disposals as Kewill downsized. But her first fortune was made subsequently through her connections arising from her position as a partner of private equity firm Elderstreet. In 2002, Elderstreet orchestrated her move as chief executive into Computer Software Group in which it had a controlling interest.
