What most distinguishes our final investment idea this month, Xchanging (XCH; 260p), which provides high end outsourcing for blue chip clients, is how dissimilar it is to its closest rival, Capita. If you always thought that Capita, which is well known for managing various central government services, was large and ugly, then you will need to prepare yourself for Xchanging which by comparison is still small, conspicuously attractive and has been growing at a faster pace.
