Support services business PKL has announced its first full year as a listed company. Turnover was up 14% to £27.6m reflecting growth in both  foodservice and healthcare. Profit before taxation lifted 19% to £5m and adjusted eps was 9.7p.   PKL’s healthcare division provides modular buildings for sale or hire predominantly to the NHS (including operating theatres, recovery wards, ward blocks, etc) and has benefited from the unprecedented government initiative to upgrade the NHS infrastructure and shorten patient waiting lists.
