MSB has reported that demand for IT contract staff has failed topick up during the third quarter as anticipated. It will therefore notmeet expectations for the year to 31 January.  Trading in thefirst half to 31 July was in line with expectations, resulting in abreak-even performance, but  the third quarter proved a falsedawn.  MSB now expects break-even for the full year.With restructuring complete, the shares should recover quickly but only once the market improves.
