Underpinned by Summer 24, which set a new record, OTB’s full year pre-close update has reported total transaction value (TTV) of £1.2bn, up 15% on last year, and that there has been “strong control over the total cost base with significant improvement in operating leverage.” The year saw it sign a transformational partnership agreement with Ryanair, and despite the £3m once-off costs of integration, profits will climb from last year’s £24m to £31m, for eps of c15.5p. Net cash is up from £76m to £95m. FY25 has started with a bang with Winter 24 volumes said to be ahead by 34%, reflecting the targeting of premium packages whilst Summer 25 bookings are also “very encouraging.” Buy ahead of results on 3 December. ...
