Trakm8 has said trading in the first five months is consistent with its expectations for the year as a whole. Recurring revenues are growing with 169,000 units now reporting to its servers, a 12% increase since the year end. New orders are running 37% ahead of last year (27% organic). However, the phasing in of new orders means there is a delay between orders booked and revenue received so H1 results will now fall short. At the same time, the sharp fall in the £/US$ means there will be a £0.5m increase in component costs. Finncap has reduced forecasts by 7% to £5.9m pretax profit/eps of 15.7p.
