Styles & Wood - 16% upgrade to eps forecasts

The shares made it over £5 after S&W said it has been appointed partner on a five year framework by “one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations” for delivery of its UK capital plan. S&W will be working across its whole property estate including data centres, commercial back office and high street locations. The contract will deliver £20m+ of revenues in each of the next five years adding 17% to S&W’s annual turnover, having produced sales of £115m in 2015 - so it’s obviously a terrific win.
