Supergroup - Strong Autumn/Winter range bodes well for Q3

The shares touched £12 following a superb Q1   showing both retail and wholesale nicely ahead. Overall Q1 sales are up 26% to £75m year-on-year with retail sales up 17% (+8.5% like-for-like) whilst wholesale is “significantly ahead of expectations,†rising by 50.8% over Q1 2012. As we foreshadowed in our recent write up, the best indication of headlong growth is that the Autumn/Winter 2013 wholesale order book is up 26% - and the ranges are in store 2/3 weeks earlier than last year so a bumper Q3 is in sight.The shares look set for an assault on £15 in due course.
