Photo-Me shot over 100p after an AGM statement confirmed profit is running c.10% ahead year-on-year. The star performer is the French vending business, which has benefited from the rollout of both its higher margin Starck photobooths and Revolution laundry machines. Encouragingly, revenue in China, a key future market for photobooths, is also up 30% albeit from a low base. Finncap upgrades by £1m to £29m pretax for the year for eps of 5.7p and sets a 125p share price target but it never ceases to amaze just how long it has taken for analysts who were subdued during the period when the shares rose from 10p (where we tipped them in a big way) to 80p+, to make a positive call.
