CSF - Shares take off vertically as CSF mulls move into Singapore data centre space

Data centre company CSF announced that Q1 revenues were £3.5m. Pretax profit was, however, £5.5m, which includes a profit of £4.6m from the sale and leaseback of the CX1 datacentre. Net cast at the period end was £28.8m. In addition, CSF also announced that it has completed the 3,500 sq ft data centre in Vietnam, its first outside Malaysia. It is also planning a move into Singapore, which has the highest density of data centres in Asia.Tipped at 57p in August, the shares have risen almost vertically. Gain to date: 27%.
