Spice - Five-way share split

The shares have now transferred to the Full List and are trading post a five way split. The present price is therefore equivalent to 530p in the old form. During the month, Spice said it has made a strong start to the year, building upon last year's record results. Its various businesses, which supply services to the utilities sector, have secured contracts with Scottish Power, One Vision Housing and EDF. Meanwhile, the billing services division has also had a solid start and just sold a non-core fuel card business for Â£0.3m. Spice said that this is now recognised as the largest third party energy intermediary in the UK by Datamonitor. Spice has also placed 49m new shares at 102p to raise Â£50m before expenses.
