Greece-based Helesi's (HLS; 152.5p) main activity is the supply ofplastic products, such as wheelie bins, for the waste managementindustry. Although only founded in 2000 when the company establishedits first plant in Komotini in northern Greece, the group has sinceexpanded into Bradford where it has opened a second plant. Thisphysical expansion has driven a strong growth in profits in recentyears and there’s more to come. Growth continues to be driven by a move away from steel containersto wheeled plastic containers and the market is reckoned to be worth22.5m units a year equating to Eu650m.
