Shares in Interactive Prospect Targeting (IPH; 189p), which generates its revenues from building and renting e-mail lists, are back at the level of our recommendation in June, down from their highs of 240p. The only factor which appears to be holding back the shares has been a warning from Deal Group Media and Burst Group, although neither is really a comparable business. During the month, Interactive reported its first half results which were once again ahead of expectations. Sales lifted 73% to £9.8m including two acquisitions (39% organic) whilst pretax profit was up 156% to £1.83m. Operating margins lifted to 19%, rising for the third consecutive six month period.
