Another one to throw in the towel on AIM given lack of investor interest. Having sold its European operations, XLM has agreed to sell its North America business for US$30m cash - representing 5.5x EBITDA. Of the consideration, US$20m (US$18m net of transaction-related fees) is due on completion, with US$10m payable by April based on performance. Rather than remain a cash shell, XLM plans to delist and return the cash to shareholders in Q4. Await developments. ...
