Victoria has acquired International Wholesale Tiles (IWT), a Florida-based specialty distributor of ceramic, natural stone, glass & luxury vinyl tiles for US$28.5m. IWT sources products from suppliers in Europe, Asia and South America (including already buying from Victoria’s European production) and distributes from a 220,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Palm Beach to over 1,700 dealers across Florida. In the year to end March, it had sales of US$63.2m and ebitda of US$7m, equating to a margin of 11%.
