Another infill acquisition from IDOX. It is buying LandHawk Software Services, a geospatial information service (GIS) business for up to £1.5m. LandHawk has developed cloud-based land mapping software that combines data from a variety of sources (eg. Ordnance Survey mapping, ownership, planning histories, rights of way, environmental constraints and flood risks) in a user friendly way to allow users to identify off-market land opportunities and understand their potential use and value. It currently specialises in the UK renewable energy industry. The business is modestly lossmaking and there are no changes to forecasts.
