Including the CardOne and City Forex acquisitions, sales were £12m, an increase of 97% (15% on a like-for-like basis) with adjusted pretax profit of £2.6m.In February 2018, FFX acquired City Forex. The City Forex international payments was a highly-automated and efficient business and the FairFX international payments activity was quickly migrated to the acquired platform in ten weeks, resulting in higher operating efficiency.
