SuperGroup - Well set to positively surprise on the upside

In the August issue of SCSW, I said I couldn’t see shares in SuperGroup staying becalmed for long. And so it has been very pleasing to see the two-day roadshow for analysts and investors in September finally electrify the share price.Despite the business having shown like-for-like sales growth for 10 consecutive quarters, SuperGroup’s rating has clearly lagged for too long - its prospective PE for this year is 19.3, versus 70x for Boohoo.com. But SuperGroup is starting to grow and perform more like that hitherto more successful online pure play. Investors have been thinking of it as mostly being a UK brand that is internationalising and have left it for dead but it really is much more than that and in the next 12 month ...
