The shares shot over 400p after NAHL announced it is buying Bush & Co. for £25m net of £3.3m free cash. To fund the deal it has placed 4.11m shares at 355p to raise £14.2mBush & Co is a leading provider of specialist services in the catastrophic and serious injury market. Specifically, it provides expert witnesses, immediate needs assessment and case management services to injured people, solicitors and insurance companies. The assessments are undertaken following accidents and encompass disabilities including spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, amputation, orthopaedic injuries and visual impairment.
