I think there's been an unwarranted pullback in the shares after the interims to 30 June. But then at first glance, these numbers might have made it seem that after its recent headlong growth Incadea has run out of steam. Not so. As it was, sales for the six months to 30 June were up 2% to Eu13.6m whilst Incadea recorded a pretax loss of Eu0.5m. Speaking to chief executive, Werner Leinauer, it seems that the period was laying the groundwork for new business and the benefits will be felt in time. The numbers mask three separate elements of additional costs.
