The shares soared after Zetar announced a recommended offer from German confectionery firm Zertus at 297p a share, which values it at £42.7m. With historic eps of 33p and forecast eps of 41p this year, it looks like a bargain for Zertus but the shares have been lowly rated for so long that it is clear nobody else wants it. The deal looks cut and dried with 42% of shareholders irrevocably accepting.We made the shares a front-page recommendation at 155p in June '09. Gain: 91.6%. ...
