Tarsus has bought another two international Turkish events. It is paying £2.1m upfront for a 70% interest in  CYF Fuarcılık and has an option to acquire the remainder between 2015-18. The interest will be owned through IFO, its 75% owned Turkish subsidiary.   CYF owns two international B2B exhibitions: the Eurasia Plant Fair and Yapı Decoor which  focuses on construction materials.
