Tarsus has disposed of its French show, Modamont, a biennial fashion accessories event in France, which was 51% owned. The price achieved is 9x historic profit and the disposal results in net cash proceeds of Eu3.2m after paying off a bank loan and expenses. The disposal paves the way for acquisitions on the faster growing areas.
