Fisher has acquired Rigcool for £4.1m. Rigcool, based in Aberdeen and Perth, rents equipment and related services to protect drilling rigs during well testing operations. The equipment includes booster pumps, submersible pumps, high tech nozzles and piping tailored to suit each project. On the basis of an adjusted operating profit of £0.7m the deal is immediately eps enhancing.In the light of this acquisition and on the heels of last month's trading update, which showed the improvement on the tankships side, Evolution now forecasts eps of 40.6p for this year to 31 December, with 45.9p next. Looks like the shares are set to start a new upward leg; buy. ...
