In truth, a very disappointing performance from the shares in 2010 although the company hasn't blotted its copy book. Instead, it has been general worries that the government is pushing back hard on fees that has had a hugely depressing impact on the shares. But ahead of full year results on 9 December, Caretech has said that these will be in line with expectations. Caretech operates homes for people with severe learning disabilities and the average age of its occupants is 44 but typically they will spend most of their life in one of its homes.
