The shares were savagely marked down for no reason we can fathom. The only news to emerge since last month's excellent results was that Cape remains reassuringly on track to reduce its net debt by around Â£30m to Â£160-165m by the year end, which is "in line with management expectations." We had stated exactly this in our update last month.Some of the weakness in the shares can be attributed to a derating of all oil service firms as the oil price has eased but there was no real new news here. With Numis forecasting 26.6p for the year to 31 December and 32.9p next, the prospective PE is only 2.3. Buy. ...
