Shares in asset-based lender Davenham jumped by 63p at one pointafter the company reported it has received an approach from AIM-listedACP Capital (APL; 112p), which acquired a 29.19% holding in September.ACP Capital is a Jersey-based investment and fund manager which floatedon AIM in January 2006 and has indicated a possible cash offer of 325pa share, subject to a number of pre-conditions (including a refinancingof ACPâ€™s existing bridge facility).
