There are several types of property company quoted on the London market. One with a decent pedigree, which will appeal to those seeking income, is Wichford (194p;WICH), best known for owning a UK property portfolio outside central London, almost entirely of which is government occupied. Wichford doesn’t have assets tied up in development projects nor does it provide facilities management to its tenants; instead its income is entirely from rental.
