With the shares hitting a new high, Interlink announced it has conditionally placed 1.65m new shares at 515p to raise £8.5m before expenses. Interlink also re-echoed that its sales performance in the first four months had been strong with product launches and new listings continuing at a high level. It also reported that Mr Kipling’s owners have made a decision to withdrawn from the supermarket own-label business which has left the market wide open for Interlink, an opportunity worth £30m. Interlink is therefore raising funds to put in place new bakery capacity and presumably also to buy existing facilities.Keep holding. ...
