CSS Stellar - Strong recovery prospects

CSS Stellar is one of the largest talent management and sports marketing consultants in the UK and the US. The shares have dropped heavily in the bear market to briefly touch a low of 43p in March. After a brief rally which took them over 100p they have since retraced all the way back to 82p. Our view is that a market value of Â£21.8m against sales of Â£76m is low at this point in the cycle especially as CSS has no onerous earn-outs and is virtually ungeared.
