A recent update note from broker, Numis, reported that the warm weather in September has proved to be good news for bagged salad sales with the market ahead of normal levels by a few percentage points.  Numis also notes that Geest's business is seeing stronger volumes in sauces and improved trading at its pasta operations.  The broker forecast £41m pretax for the year (eps 41p) with £46m (46p) next year.
