After a long dull period where most small caps generated negative returns, they are now back with a vengeance. Overall GP3 is up 6.7% on the month, outperforming the benchmarks. It might be that the FTSE-100 hitting new highs is now filtering out to small caps, but I don’t think so. The FTSE-100 is full of dollar earners and the weak pound is driving those.
