Made Tech - Record order book but government slow to start contracts

MTEC said that some public sector clients are spending more cautiously and this is impacting the phasing of both current projects and also saw work originally due to start in April and May being rescheduled into the financial year starting 1 June. As a result of this rephasing, sales for the year to end May, whilst expected to be 37% ahead of last year at £40m, are £3m lower than had been expected. It therefore expects to report EBITDA of £1.5m vs £3.9m.
