Having unveiled its intention to take the business private last month, Unikmind has announced an increased final offer of US$3.60 per share. The new bid values Kape at US$1.54 billion, up from the previous offer valuing it at US$1.47 billion. This is a mean price, especially as the company is trading so well. The shares were added to GP3 in April ‘18 at 93.5p. Thankfully part profits were taken at 389p in February ‘22. The final offer looks cut and dried with Unikmind now controlling 71.17% of the shares.
