Despite semiconductor shortages delaying sales in two of DiscoverIE’s 20 businesses, it has said it expects full year results to be ahead of expectations. Full year revenues were +28% YoY on constant currency (+17% organically). DiscoverIE continued to see strong order intake in the final two months of FY22, closing the year ahead of board expectations at £224m. With low gearing (despite >£100m in acquisitions in the last year), brokers Jefferies notes it still has c£80m available for further deals. Await finals on 14 June. ...
