Last month’s write up was timed to perfection with an unscheduled update 3 days later saying Lookers would materially exceed expectations, leading to a whopping 30% increase in forecasts. Lookers sold 44,000 new and used units during Q1, which compared to 49,000 through the whole of last year.  Zeus lifts its forecast eps for this year from 5.3p to 7p and from 9p to 9.9p in FY22. If things recover as strongly as expected, the broker says eps have scope to recover  to 13.5p and a PE of 8-14x suggests a price target of 108-189p. Keep buying. ...
