Dart has reported that for the year just ended 31 March it expects to report a pretax profit before exceptionals of between £265m-£270m. It estimates that there will be a net exceptional charge of c£109m relating to ineffectiveness on a proportion of FY21 fuel and FX currency hedges in these results (which will be a cash cost in FY21, mainly in the summer). That said, Dart is starting to see customer bookings for late summer 20 and winter 20/21, with encouraging numbers choosing to rebook rather than cancel.
