The surprising news over the month wasn’t the results - these came in much as expected - but news that as well as exploring its NASDAQ listing, the company is entering a formal sale process. GAN says it is doing so in order to unlock value for shareholders in its US-facing assets, which include US gaming licenses, technology platforms and patents.As it was, there was an increase in net revenue of 16% year-on-year to £10.6m, driven by more casinos going live with real money internet gambling.
