Telford’s shares have been in an upward trajectory in the past few weeks after Telford reassured the market that it continues to have a positive view of prospects for property in non prime parts of London and said it expects to report record profits.Telford has continued to see good demand from owner occupiers and investors, both in the UK and overseas, and it has also continued to increase its focus on ‘build to rent’ with the fourth such agreement recently concluded.
